Her name is Ember Wenckebach. We named her ember because she is a dark brown/red color and has patches of black around her nose, on her ears and a little on her tail. Ember means: Someone with with a big heart, a smile that makes one melt, but if need be a look that could kill. And wenckebach is just fun to say =)
She is the cutest and sweetest dog ever. Her mom was a pit bull pug mix and we don't know what her dad was but we're thinking golden retriever. She has a very calm temper, loves to chew on her bone, chase the kitties (not in a mean way), playing with the neighborhood puppies, going for walks, and peanutbutter! She takes long naps and sleeps through the night.
She's 5 months old at this point and weighs a hefty 36 pounds. The vet thinks she'll get to be around 60-70 pounds so she might be a pretty big dog.
She is definitely my puppy and whines whenever I leave. She does enjoy car rides which is good since we will be traveling a lot with her. She is so awesome!
