wow busy

So Jeopardy went well on wednesday. The students were really into it. Rules were laid down at the beginning of class and the kids took to them really well. Until I started taking off points for people talking when they weren't suppose to be talking. It was a lot of fun. The kids had so much fun and we got some quality studying done. Wednesday was the only day in 5 weeks that my throat was bothering me so some throat lossengers and the humidifier on high things weren't too bad.

Thursday was the test. Lots of questions, lots of running around answering questions but the kids did really well. Well most of them did really well, no surprises. Got a chance to rest my voice a little, not enough but a little.

Friday we worked on PEMDAS. The kids seemed to be a little into it. we mostly did examples and it was a review from last year so most of the kids didn't have trouble with it. My voice is still a little raspy but hopefully it'll get better. 8th period is still giving me trouble so I asked the team for help and they said either call parents or start handing out lunch detentions which i think is going to be possible and might help with the situation, possibly another seating change...

on to algebra!
